In the news, there was a story of a man that murdered two of his kids and wife before taking his own life. What drives some people to doing such heinous acts? Is their conscience dead or something?

'How many' is relative. I have a cousin who has two kids and she has no intention of getting another one. Nonetheless, 18 and still counting? That is incredible.

I think no man ever meets his wife's standards but probably that is what nature intended it to be. I love a clean environment but at the same things get messy really fast.

True, it depends on your personality. I would not say any is better than the other but as has been mentioned, mothers have an in-built instinct. It is best to have the kids raised by both parents but in the case that this is not the case, differences should not be let to spill over to the kids.
