I can't believe my niece called me today and said she was going to cheer this year. She is super sporty and she wants to cheer. I was like "cool, hon". I can't say I am not super surprised.
I'm not sure if your happy or not about your niece's decision to go for cheerleading. Cheering these days requires alot of atheltic ability with the amount of dance and gymnastics they do. It's not just jumping and screaming on the sidelines.
