Children and technology

I was wondering: how are you with the latest technology? Children nowadays (mostly boys, but sometimes girls as well) are fascinated by computers, smartphones, tablets and all sort of other gadgets that they can see in the media...

Do you teach your children about technology, or do they catch on faster than you do?

I think the younger kids learn from us and we learn from the older kids. Anyway, I notice that most older kids and teens want to get new gadgets on the day the gadgets are released.
