APEC is coming to Honolulu very soon so the city has been working hard to make the routes that APEC members and dignitaries would possible use look beautiful (never mind the rest of the city.) This includes moving the homeless people that live in the area.
To me this is just ridiculous since they are only doing this for show and not really doing anything to address the real issue of how to deal with the homeless. They should not do it and show what the real Honolulu is like.
