Do you plan your child's/children's meals?

As the title says, do you plan your child's meals or do you just decide on what meals to cook day by day?

I plan all the meals, but there is variety. I just like to be organized and have a plan. How do you do it?

My wife will cook dinner and she usually decides the day before or that day what she is making. We all eat the same thing and it usually involves vegetables and meat or pasta. She likes to make sure they eat their vegetables.
