Do you think that family counselling can help a couple take a decision regarding the divorce? Can professional therapy, with a psychiatrist, actually help two people get along within a marriage?

Do you know any couples who changed their mind regarding the divorce after family counselling?

I dunno. I Have known couples who went to counseling and things did get better. However, two or three years later they ended up getting divorced anyway.
