My wife has been going round and round with my daughter. She got into some trouble and got grounded, well her time is up. She was grounded from 1 friend’s house forever though! Forever! That is a very long time. I’ve been trying to talk it over with my wife but she is insistent. I think my daughter learned her lesson – and I think we all have to make mistakes to learn from them. It wasn’t a terrible thing she did (not illegal and no drinking/drugs). Maybe I’m easy but I don’t see a problem with her going to that friend’s house again – show her some trust and she what she does with it? Am I crazy?
