For work at home dads, who does most of the household chores? Is it you, your wife or someone you hire? I imagine that as a home worker, your working hours can be the same as or even more than an office worker's.
It is hard to imagine that anyone can afford to hire someone to come do the cleaning anymore. The price for us to have this baby is insane and I can only imagine it gets worse.
I think it would be normal to be shared, just because your office is in the living room doesn't mean that you don't have deadlines to meet. If your partner doesn't understand that, than you have a big problem on your hands.
I do most of the chores, but when it comes to errands outside of the house, the Mrs. does that kind of stuff. Do you guys also have that type of balance? I do a lot of cleaning, but never mind it. Dishes are my thing.
