How many of you out there have ever gone through a situation like the one in Kramer vs. Kramer?
I love that movie for many reasons other than the acting. The story line really was an eye opener. You really see what a family goes through when they are torn apart.
Ted Kramer had a dominating bully for a boss who fired him when he saw that he could not have Ted as a slave any more. So, as a devoted father, Ted beat the streets right before Christmas and had a job in his hands before the holidays.
I'm not saying that it can always work out that way, but I thought that scene was inspiring.
