Are kids also lying to the dads out there or just the moms? I ask this since most are SAHM's rather than dad's (even though in the past year that has changed a bit). My little one is lying like she is a gambler.
Little ones will like to both mom and dad. The thing about lying is that it changes with age. That is, that children have different reasons for lying depending on what maturity stage they are in.
Yeah, the truth is that the kid has probably lied to you a lot more than you realize. Of course if the child is under 5 then it is not technically a lie, more of a mix between imagination and learning communication.
