More Child Support

My friend's wife is taking him back to court for more child support. He's totally maxed out now and pays more than enough to provide for his kids. She's done that before and the last time, the court didn't raise it. It seems like every time he does something that she doesn't like, he's back into court for something. I don't suppose there is anything he can do to put a stop to it, is there?

Unfortunately, no. As long as she has the resources to keep dragging him in, it'll be heard. It's not fair but it happens.

Most states have a formula for working out child support. If he's paying the right amount, assure him that she won't succeed.
