I wonder how this is going to turn out since the state may become on of those which is legal for all medical marijuana. I know many who have went through chemo before and it is a very harsh process. I also know a few who use medical marijuana to help with the recovery and everyday life.

I hope that she gets a good lawyer and is somehow able to get the charges dropped. I personally think marijuana should just be legalized across the board for adult consumption.

I guess being an old hippie I do not understand it at all from the medical side. If it is proven to help then why play the game of legal and not legal with it? We have hard prescriptions that do far worse than being a little floaty and hungry. We also have legal tobacco and legal alcohol.
