I became a stay at home dad unexpectedly from budget cuts that erased my position. My wife and I decided it would make more sense for her to just work and for me to stay home with the kids. This has been so rewarding for us as a couple and a family. I used to make a big stink about being the breadwinner and her getting to stay home. It's been a real eye opener for me since our "life swap" and we have a new understanding and appreciation for one another that I don't think we could have had before this. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
