Vacations

How often do you have vacations as a family? We will have a vacation next month in my in-laws place. Although I'm not really excited to see my parents-in-law (please don't tell them ), I have to go because my wife and kids are longing to be with them. We will stay there for the whole month of May.

I like to take a week or two a year to get away. But there are always weekend trips or day trips. I just picked up a book for Florida called One Tank Gas Trips. It is all about places you can go with one tank of gas. It should provide some fun mini-vacations.

We usually do one big vacation for a couple weeks each year. This year it's in June and we're going to Disney World. Other than that, I usually spread my vacation a few days here and there just to relax and get some projects done.

We take a vacation every year, sometimes a couple of times a year. We usually go to some beach in the Summer. The kids and wife love it! I like it too. I don't even think about work.
We also do a lot of long weekend camping trips.
