What Are You Having Tonight?

What are you getting ready to have for dinner tonight? I am fixing baked Hawaiian pork chops with rice and a salad. They are delicious. It pretty much works the same way as cooking a ham. You line a pan with aluminum foil and lay out your pork chops, then you sprinkle them with brown sugar followed by pineapple rings and the juice. The juice and the pineapple help to tenderize the meat and it will fall to pieces which is delicious. So what are you having?

Tonight we are having subs from Subway. It is a busy night with the whole family running in a different direction so we are eating out. Your meal sounds wonderful... think I'll make it this weekend.
