My house smells delicious today! I have a pork loin roasting in the oven, and my wife has a batch of vegetable soup simmering in the crockpot. We both have a lot to do this week so we were trying to cook ahead a little. What are you guys having for dinner?
Actually tonight is date night in our house so we will be going out for dinner. We are getting ready to go out and the sitter will be here soon. We haven't actually decided where we are going yet.
I really have no idea what we will whip up tonight, for years we have almost always made dinner together. We still have those little moments in the kitchen like we did when we first got hitched, makes me love her more each day.
Tonight is going to be pizza night. Instead of going out, we're going to make it family night, too, and make homemade pizza from scratch. The kids love it, and so do we.
