Who's in charge of the grill at your house? Here it is all me. My wife can do it, but she doesn't really enjoy it like I do. When we first got married she couldn't even light it. LOL
When we first got married the wife said she did not want anything to do with it. Then I got a Big Green Egg. Now I hear; "honey can you start the egg" about once a week.
I'm in charge of the grill here. I don't really consider it my "domain" like a lot of guys...it just seems that I was kind of elected for the job when I reached a certain age and it's been my job ever since.
The grill is all me, but that's okay because I really have a passion for outdoor cooking. I have tons of barbecue and campfire cooking cookbooks and I love to break them out every weekend and try new techniques and marinades and rubs and stuff.
