Would you teach your children to use a crossbow? Hunt? Fish?

Would you ever teach your kids to hunt or fish? What age would/did you start?

I do not currently hunt, but I would not have a problem if they have an interest in it.

She is only two, but she has a fishing pole that catches plastic fish.

Absolutely. I did. When my boys were big enough to follow me when I went, they went with me. I don't use a crossbow but they know how to shoot a rifle, a handgun and they sure know how to fish. My daughter knows how to fish too. My grandmother taught me to fish and my grandfather taught me to hunt. A lot of winters, venison was part of the only meat we had along with small game. I was raised poor and it wouldn't hurt me to go out and hunt again if I needed to or wanted to.
