I was at my in-laws for the 4th of July and my father-in-law was smoking ribs and then he took plain old roll sausage and wrapped it in tinfoil, and put it on the smoker for about an hour. He said a friend had told him about it and that it was really good. Well he took it off and we had some and it is the BEST sausage I have ever had. After you take it off you just slice it in pieces and eat it. Delicious!
