Yeah, tax write offs are good. I had no idea it cost so much. It makes me wonder if it is worth it for my wife to go back to work or if it would be better for her to spend the next 5 years at home.
I did not realize it either. We have a new baby and I think we cluttered to quickly. So far the baby uses its crib, swing and stroller. We have a high chair but we don't use it yet, and our saucer won't be needed for a while either.
Our doctor isn't during it yet. I asked them about it because I know people who do it that way. They said that offices have until 2014 to move to the new medical informatics standards and that they plan to do it sometime next year.

Yes she is our first. I thought I would be afraid to hold her, but you guys were right. It feels so natural to have her in my arms. I am trying to get the rest of the house ready, and the car seat installed for when we bring her home.
