It's disgusting that no one informed your partner, they may not have bonded but he was still his biological father. I'm a bit late coming to this so all I will say is that I hope telling him went ok and he is starting to heal and get over the shock.

My kids are still young so won't be having sleep overs for a while, but if I were in your situation then I would stay out of the way.

I encourage my son to eat everything that is on his plate, if he doesn't he doesn't sometimes people not just children can't finish what they are given. The biggest problem I have with my eldest is the amount of time it takes him to eat.

I disagree with Frank on this, it all depends on how old your son is. My 5 year old would not be able to concentrate on a conversation whilst playing on a game. I do not disagree that time with your son is important but you have to do it with the right stimulation.

I wish I could help with this but my time management at home is shocking, I never get as much done as I plan to do. I get distracted way too easily.
