We go bowling a lot. We like to do the moonlight bowling where they turn off the lights and only light up the lanes. That is cool! The kids love it too.

Oh yeah we carve a lot of pumpkins. My kids actually do the majority of it. They can make them scary or however they want. Of course right now it's way too early too start carving them, they would rot before Halloween.

That is good to hear, I've seen far too many butt heads about discipline. It's something that needs to be talked about early on. Parents have to stand united or the kids will know how to get out of discipline.

We always have a cookout over Labor Day weekend. It's pretty chilly out and it is also rainy. I think we are having a cook-in. BBQ ribs in the slow cooker, salt potatoes and lots of snacky things. We are inviting the family up still though. Anyone else having a cookout for the holiday?

Oh yeah! We love to play cards and board games. We usually play euchre with friends at least 1 time a month in the colder months. We also play "The Newlywed Game" and "Catchphrase" a lot.
