Artichokes

I have never been fond of artichokes, but my wife loves them. I have been trying to make more dishes with artichoke hearts in them. What kind of dishes are there other than putting them on pizza?

You can mix them with spices and cream cheese and make a sort of dip out of them. You can also add them to salads and other things like that.

Honestly to me the best way to eat artichokes is steamed and then you eat the pulp from the bottom of the leaves dipping them in butter first until you get down to the heart. If your wife likes them like this then it is actually pretty easy just to steam one for her. They're pretty expensive anyway so why eat them if you don't like them?

I love artichoke. On pizza is the best if I am ordering out. I just prefer to eat them steamed though. I eat them with mayo but I guess butter is also popular.
