Bill Gates Wins Again

Bill Gates is, once again, the richest man in the world. Coming in at 72.7 Billion dollars he beat out Carlos Slim of Mexico to regain the title. I think it's great because he has said publicly that he and his wife plan on eventually donating 95% of their wealth.

Good for him I guess. I remember reading somewhere that he already donated half his fortune a couple of years ago. Well I guess he needs the good karma after the way he built up his company.

He's one of the few millionaires with that kind of net worth who's donating almost half of his fortune to charity. His Bill-and-Melinda-Gates Foundation actually encourages other millionaires to do the same. I think that's great, because once you have that much money, you can never hope to spend it all.

I did not know that they donated so much back. I think that is great! Seriously though who really needs that kind of money? It makes me sick to think that someone has that much!
