I went to a cousins house last night and she made BBQ boneless pork ribs. They had no bone but they were all together. We had to cut them apart. They were amazing. I've never made these before. We have always had bone in ribs.
We make boneless pork ribs often. They are a lot less messy. They do cost more though. You have to figure that you are getting more for your money though because you are eating everything you buy (no bones).
We are doing these tomorrow night! I hope we have leftovers so we can pull it apart for pulled pork sandwiches on Sunday. I love football food and that is what pulled pork is.
I have thought about picking a pack up from the store before but it seems to me that ribs without the bone just seems weird. It might be that I am up in the age bracket where we hate to try new things too. How easy were they to make?
