circumsized vs uncircumsized

What are your thoughts on the subject? It seems to be a hot topic lately. I guess since all my friends are starting to have kids now.

I prefer the circumcision. I have worked in health care and I've seen several children with late circumcisions at ages 4-10. It is not a pleasant experience and I'm sure the child will remember the pain for the rest of their lives.

I think it's better for my son to undergo circumcision while he still young. My plan is to wait until October. After his 4th birthday, I'll convince him to visit to the nearest clinic. Anyway, I have a Buddhist friend and he mentioned me about issues of circumcision in their religion. It seems that his son is interested to be circumsized.

I personally do not want my son (if I have one) to be circumcised. I think it's a personal decision and shouldn't be made before a child even knows what's going on. It is no longer a health concern so there is no medical reason for it to be done.
