Dessert

How often do you serve dessert? As a child we seemed to have one after every evening meal. Most of them were fairly substantial too. I try to eat fruit most days, saving the tasty treats for weekends or special meals.

We don't have dessert with every single meal but we do have it at least a few times a month. We try to avoid those kinds of things as much as possible because I have a major sweet tooth and I don't want the kids to crave sweets like I did growing up.
