I am feeling guilty because I have not been spending much time with the kids. By the time I get home they are in bed and I leave before they get up. There can be days where I don't see them. I am worried that they might resent be for not being around.
Ouch, that is a tough one. Do you have any vacation time you can use so you can get some time off to spend with them? Are you working 2 jobs to be gone so long each day?
