The FOC is no friend of mine. I wonder how the heck they got the name. My worker never seems to get back to me in a timely fashion. It is usually a week or so later and she told me last week "you and your ex should just work it out between you", really isn't it her job to help?

Wow what did you say to her to anger her? My case worker is not much better. She usually gets back to me within a couple days and then tells me she can't help me I have to call someone else. I deal with them vary rarely though, so it doesn't bother me as much.
