The weather changed and I came down with a cold. Besides drinking extra fluids and trying to get some rest, is there anything else you do to get rid of a cold faster.
I'm a fan of Vitamin C and actually taking medicine for the cold as well. Even if I'm not actually over the cold, the medicine usually makes me feel better, even if temporarily, so that I can function.
