Good for the freezer

Does anyone have some recipes that freeze well? My wife is going to have to have surgery in a couple of weeks with a 6-8 week recovery period so we are trying to get our freezer full. That way I'll just be able to pull something out for dinner and not have to worry about really cooking.

Lasagna, enchiladas, pot roast, chile and stuffed peppers are some of the dishes we make in mass quanties specifically so we can freeze them. They can be real life savers!
