What, in your opinion, is the best snack that you can carry with you all the time that can be a quick meal before you find a time to sit down for a standard lunch?
Well, if you want to be able to carry it with you all the time, it needs to be a snack that doesn't require refrigeration. I'd go with a fiber or protein bar of some type -- one that doesn't have ten tons of sugar in it.
I was reading the other day that most low fat or low calorie snacks right now have too much sugar to actually be healthy. How about just eating some fruit instead?
I would say some home made beef jerky but it never lasts more then a day or two. I like trail mix type of stuff. But I make my own with just some dried fruits and nuts.
