Family tradition? Mutual like? Other? The wife likes names from the Bible. I'm not sure how I feel as some some are rather, well out there. Nothing against the Bible, but I just do not like some of the names.
I asked the wife if we could name the first male after the Grandfathers. It is an Irish tradition from my understanding. I knew a girl who thought that the first male should be named after the father no matter what.
We want a unique name so we went and looked up top 50 names used last year and top 100 of this decade and crossed them right off our list. We have came up with 2 very unique names, but not to the point of crazy.
