I made this for this evening's supper and it was delicious! Take beef stew meat and dredge it in flour. While it is browning in a oil coated skillet on the stove, place in the crock pot:

1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 packet dry brown gravy mix
3 soup cans of water (you may add more if necessary later on)

This whole recipe can be adjusted according to how many people you are serving.

Mix this up as well as you can in the bottom of the crock pot. Then add the beef that has been browned, cut up potatoes, celery, onion and baby carrots or pieces of carrot. Put the crock pot on high if you are starting this in the middle of the day. If you are starting this during the morning, place it on low. When supper time comes cook egg noodles and serve the beef mixture over them. It's yummy and even my youngest ate it and she doesn't eat much.:)

Yum...I can smell it here! LOL It really does sound good. I may have to try this tomorrow and make Yorkshire puddings instead of noodles for the gravy. I think I have some small steaks in the freezer that would work if I cut them up a bit. Thanks!
