Not enough time

I don't see how you guys do it. I mean, it's so hard for me to stay on top of my crazy, busy schedule and take care of my body. How do you make time to exercise?

Depends I'm not in the shape I used to be, I mainly like to think it's age and not me actually getting lazier, but I wake up an hour earlier at least 2 times a weak to exercise a little and on weekends I might get in a hour.

We are in the same situation. I try to squeeze in some time to walk or jog. Even if only around the block, I make a point to do it once a day, in the morning or evening.
