How much time are you taking off when the baby comes? Does your job recognizes this time? I have a friend that is having a hard time arranging for time off from work. When my wife delivered our kids, I was able to take two weeks each time. It wasn't all a leave but at least I was able to have time off no matter what it was.

I have enough time to take one week off. I'm sure she'd like if I can be there longer, but I don't have the paid time off. Her mom will be there for 2 weeks, so she'll still have help.
