Smurfs 2

Has anyone seen Smurfs 2? Can you see it without having seen the first one? I was thinking of taking my oldest girl on a movie date.

I have not seen it yet. The kids are asking to go. I don't see why you couldn't see it without seeing Smurfs yet. From what I have seen they aren't really related.

We have yet to head out but I think Grandma is going to surprise the little kiddies when it is playing again. Our local movie place seems to play leap frog when it comes to movies sometimes.

We didn't even get around to seeing the first one yet either. We usually don't go to the theater because it is so pricy but they do run special movie prices during the summer on certain movies so I will have to check out and see if this is one of them.
