Supporting Wife During Pregnancy

What are other expectant dads out there doing to support your wife during her pregnancy? Do you indulge the crazy food cravings, go to lamaze classes with her, or stay as far away as possible to avoid those crazy mood swings?! (Kidding.) When my wife was preggo, it seems like I spent all my time either going to or coming from one store or another for some crazy food she was all-of-a-sudden craving!

My wife didn't do lamaze classes when she was pregnant, but she did have some horrible mood swings and food cravings. One minute she was fine, then the next she was in tears, then a minute after that she was fine again. I just tried to go with the flow, comfort her when she cried, listen when she ranted, etc. And I did go get her whatever she wanted to eat, every time she had some oddball food craving.
