When Do You Let Them Meet?

I am a pretty private person as far as my kids knowing anything about my love life. I have primary custody and their mother has visitation. I have met a lady who is childless and is absolutely fantastic. My kids are 8 and 10, a boy and a girl. This lady and I have been going out now for about 3 months and the kids don't know anything about it. When should I let them meet her? I really like her a lot and I don't know how things will turn out but I think she's fantastic.
