Yearly check ups?

Do you go for yearly check-ups? I think its important for you and your family that you do. You need to stay healthy so you can take care of your family.

I do for general health. Usually get some blood tests and maybe 15 minutes it seems with the doc.

If I'm not feeling well, I always consult our family physician. I'm not afraid of visiting hospital for check ups because it's for my own good. I'm very conscious of my health because I have kids. I want them to be healthy all the time.
