Afraid of death

I am quite healthy at my age and I am not suffering from any serious health problem. But I wonder why now I am afraid of death. The thought of death never bothered me before.

This may just be a part of getting older. I think about death a lot because the men in my family have all died before age 65, and I am now in my 30's. Scary to think I may only have another 30 years or so left.
