Do you and your family undergo an annual medical check up? Sometimes, I forget or I feel good enough not to waste time doing it. The wife is more health conscious and insists on doing it though.
We are working to move to a new doctors office now, this place has someone for male/female and for kids so it is a triple win for us. One local place, no running around in circles and they love our insurance company.
