Now that the kids are back in school and I have more time to myself, I know I should be more disciplined about working out. Any tips for getting back into the habit now that summer is over?
Just one thing to think about---it takes three weeks on average to form a new habit. My suggestion is to ease into it and don't try to go whole hog at first. I have that tendency, and I have to be careful so I don't over-do in the beginning.
I'm working on it myself. I'm forcing myself after checking on the business in the morning to get a half hour workout in. The only thing I can think of is to motivate yourself. I get a small dark chocolate bar after my workout.
