anyone take one a day mens multi vitamin?

I do not take one for men, but a general. It is a nutrilite brand. I just read in Mens Health today that you should not store them in the kitchen. The humidity in the kitchen makes the vitamins less effective. Not sure how much it helps, as I have been in a funk lately anyway.
