I tried my hand at baking bread. The loaf came out like a brick, so I cut it apart and put it out for the birds. Later I let the dog out, and next thing I know the dog is scarfing it!
That is funny. I don't bake! I don't mind cooking but I don't bake. Baking is for my wife. I wish I could bake but I'm no good at it. I did once make a loaf of bread in the bread machine. It turned out ok but not as good as hers.
