Censoring Music

Are there types of music you do not allow the kids to listen to? Do you censor certain songs or anything like that? I think I'm kind of lenient but I am cautious things that are explicit.

Well, you can pretty much rule out the rap genre. You can try and stop kids from listening to certain kinds, but they end up doing what they want with friends. The problem is that tv and movies are so relaxed these days. What use to be a rated R movie when I was a kid is now PG-13. The amount of cuss words and adult content on regular tv now is just crazy.

Meh, I don't care about adult content on television. I don't think the world should cater to censoring adult content everywhere. I filter things for my kids, I don't expect the networks to do that because I enjoy adult shows for myself.
