Choosing what bills to pay

As a single father who isn't getting child support sometime my finances are not so good. Some times I have to float bills certain months. How do you choose what gets paid and what doesn't?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having those kinds of problems. I can't even imagine the stress of your situation. Is there anything you can cut back on to save money? Can you work OT or a second job or find some work on the internet? Every little bit helps when you're struggling.

You have to prioritize what are the necessaries and which are the ones that you have skipped paying too many times. Like Strong said you could also check if you have some unnecessary expenses.
