Dose everyone in your house have assigned Chores? We have a list of what is to be done by who as a check list. I think they are good, as they teach responsibility and the kids see us doing ours also.
Of course my family has a chore list. They also get paid according to if they have done their chores or not. If they haven't done them, they don't get an allowance. I feel it is necessary to show kids how to handle and earn money early.
