Copping with the stress

Anyone who is a single parent knows how stressful it is. It is even more stressful when there no other parent involved. My kids mom is a drug addict and we have not seen her in years. How do you cope with this kind of stress.

I am not a single dad, it is hard enough trying to raise my 3 kids. My wife works and I stay home. I have no idea how a single parent manages it. I do not blame you for being stressed out.
