I have a friend who is seeking custody of his boy. I guess the courts are giving him a hard time because they don't see why he wants to take him away from the mother.
Do you have any male friends that have custody of their child/children?
You really have to prove the mother is unfit in that case. Even in this day of so called "equality" the woman will usually get custody unless you have a very good case. Good luck man. I wish you all the best.
It does have to be a pretty extreme problem with the mom for the dad to get primary custody. In the state that I live in, a mother would have to be a proven drug user or endanger the lives of the kids some how.
